Hello! I just had the opportunity to stop by the Eva Air Edmonton Office and I thought I would write about it. The team there was extremely friendly and courteous. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a big smile and asked what they could do for me. I had some questions regarding my future flight, and they answered all of them very patiently, providing me with suggestions on seat reservations, baggage allowance, and even how to upgrade my ticket. The office itself was spotless and neat, which contributed to the whole process feeling faster. I hardly waited at all, which was a nice bonus given that I was anticipating some possible delays from the busy conditions of airport services. What impressed me most, though, was the employees' sincere willingness to do whatever was necessary to ensure that I was taken care of for my flight. They were also extremely well-informed about the various services that EVA Air provides, such as international flight baggage allowance and their special services. I left the office feeling confident and well-informed about my trip, which made all the difference. Overall, my experience at the EVA Air Edmonton office was great. The customer service from the staff was impeccable, and the office itself was a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend it to anyone flying with EVA Air and in need of booking, service, or just general information.
