Last week I had the privilege of stopping by the KLM Airlines Accra Office and I must say I was impressed, if not struck, by how attentive the people were to attending to my issues. As I entered, all the staff at the reception seemed so warm, inviting, and ready to solve my problems as well as field my questions. I had various queries about how my next trip was going, and the agents spent time detailing it to me patiently. What was notable was the professionalism of the agents.
