The moment I entered, I was greeted with a friendly smile and helped immediately. The staff person at the counter was incredibly knowledgeable, answering all my questions patiently and going out of their way to make sure I got everything I needed.". What really impressed me was the level of detail they paid to the little things. They not only assisted me in choosing the best seats but also told me about the advantages of their loyalty scheme, to which I was previously unaware. This office has a serene and welcoming environment that created the whole experience enjoyable. It is situated in a secluded area of Amsterdam, making it less demanding to concentrate without interruptions. The staff also gave me accurate information regarding the flight, baggage policy, and delays. I particularly liked how open and honest they were. It made me feel secure with my travel arrangements and that I was in good hands. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free.
