To reserve a flight for our trip, my companions and I went to the Kenya Airways Beirut Office. We were made to feel welcome as soon as we entered. The personnel immediately offered us assistance and greeted us with broad smiles. My sister and our small dog were with me as well. They didn't mind having a pet there, which initially frightened me. They were quite kind to do that. They recommended the ideal trip dates and offered us excellent ticket prices. We had a lot of questions, but they patiently addressed each one.
