I just got the opportunity to go visit the United Airlines Houston Office with some buddies, and I couldn't be more impressed by the service that we received. From the instant we walked through the door, we were met with a smile from the pleasant staff. They were extremely understanding, making sure that all our travel requirements were met in a prompt and professional way. We also made a couple of special requests with our flight, such as checking in a couple of extra pieces of luggage and verifying a few last-minute seat changes. The Houston office staff were absolutely fabulous, getting everything sorted out really quickly and hassle-free. They also made sure to go through everything slowly with us and clarify any questions we had concerning the travel procedure. I particularly liked the way they didn't rush us, despite the fact that there were other travelers in the office at the time. The office itself was tidy and pleasant, and that helped calm any pre-flight anxieties.
