They gave me detailed explanations of the travel regulations and assisted me with all the paperwork for my dog. While we waited, they provided my dog water, and everyone was quite polite. It was made simpler by the office's cleanliness, quietness, and pet friendliness. I felt assured and at ease about our trip when I departed.
