I had a great experience when I recently went through the British Airways IST Terminal . Everything is easily found at the terminal because it is large, neat, and well-organized. The personnel were kind and professional, and check-in was swift, with no lengthy lines at passport control or security. A wide range of dining and retail options were available, along with lots of cozy lounging places and spotless facilities. Announcements were punctual and clear, and the environment was serene.
