My group of friends and I had such a good experience at the Qatar Airways Lusaka Office last time that I felt compelled to leave a review. We were booking a trip for a party of five and required help with our bookings so that we would all be on the same flights and have seats together. The office staff made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. We were made to feel welcome from the time we entered.
