I had a recent experience visiting the Delta Airlines Paris Office with a group of friends while we were getting ready to board our flight home to the U.S. after a great European holiday. I have to say, the service we were given was truly exceptional. As soon as we entered, we were met with smiles and true professionalism. Staff was very helpful and patient, as we had to make some modifications to our booking. My one friend required that she change seats because she was injured in the leg, and the agent addressed this straight away, getting her extra leg space. They actually assisted us in getting our SkyMiles account updated, such that all were awarded mileage credit appropriately. It was also a huge plus that several agents spoke fluent English and French, making communication easy and stress-free. They provided us with excellent advice on Delta's amenities and even some last-minute tips on how to travel through CDG Airport more quickly. We departed the office feeling confident and well-cared for—clearly a highlight of our trip. Merci, Delta Paris team!
