As soon as I entered, I was greeted by smiling faces and a calm environment. The staff there treated me like I was the most important person, even with a few customers waiting. The lady who assisted me (I wish I could recall her name!) was knowledgeable, courteous, and extremely patient. She spent time going over all the information about my trip, clarified everything to me, and even provided me with excellent tips regarding the Hamad International Airport in Doha. Not only did they assist me with my ticket, they also helped me change to a more convenient seat and signed me up for the Privilege Club, which I hadn't heard about until then. The entire experience was under 30 minutes but entirely changed the way I felt about my trip—ahead—the less stressed, more knowledgeable, and genuinely excited. I'd strongly advise coming by if you're flying from Lusaka to Qatar or even if you just need some travel tips. They are the greatest in the industry.
