Hello! I had quite a mixed experience with the Emirates Airlines Venice Office recently. Although the location was perfect and convenient to get to, the service was a bit of a letdown. When I arrived at the office, I was greeted quickly enough, but the initial experience seemed a bit rushed. I went in with some questions on scheduling changes to my flight, and while the agents were friendly, I didn't get the feeling that they cared much about hearing my particular requests. The office itself is tidy and up-to-date, which was nice, but didn't have the warmth I usually find in Emirates. There weren't any actual amenities or special comforts other than the standard counter service. I would have preferred something more interactive or comfortable as a waiting area, but there were some chairs that were fine for a short while. On the bright side, after I was finally able to command their full attention, the staff did give me the information I required, and they handled my flight changes promptly. There was a bit of a wait, though, to get through to someone who could answer my more in-depth questions. Finally, the Emirates Venice office is handy, but the service can surely improve to live up to the standards one normally comes to associate with the airline. It's an efficient spot to deal with trivial matters, but don't get your hopes high like at the other Emirates offices.
