Personnel were courteous and assisted with directions immediately. The terminal itself is small and tidy and well-signposted. Though you won't get luxury amenities, the essentials are present and operational. I enjoyed the native atmosphere of the place—it created a quaint and special experience. If you are accustomed to the typical airport craziness,ZanAir Terminal is a welcome change.
