Hello! I just flew Aeromexico Airlines LAX Terminal and to be honest, I was pleasantly surprised. Check-in at Terminal was a breeze, and the employees were friendly and efficient. I liked that they had English- and Spanish-speaking staff, which made it easier for my parents. Security was a bit slow, but once through, there were ample seats to sit, charge phones, and have a snack before boarding. The gate crew were courteous and made clear announcements, which helped keep everything flowing smoothly. Boarding was by group and surprisingly well-organized—no crazy crowds or rushing around.
