Air France CDG Terminal +1-888-839-0502 Hello there! While Air France CDG Terminal has its positives—cleanliness, shopping variety, and chic design—the experience was far from flawless. The confusing layout and poor signage, particularly when switching between flights, left me perplexed. The security line was disorganized and even with ample staff, moved slowly. The lounge was pleasant but filled to capacity at rush hour. And in some gate areas, there was very limited seating and power outlets. It's not a terrible terminal, but it could stand to be more organized and updated. Maybe they'll upgrade connectivity and signage sometime in the future.
