I visited the Malaysia Airlines Paris Office with my family while we were planning a big trip to Kuala Lumpur. The personnel were really helpful and polite! With kind smiles they welcomed us and carefully addressed all of our inquiries. Regarding luggage and travel possibilities, we were a little confused, but they provided us with clear explanations. It was a nice touch to give the children small stickers as well. The workspace was tidy and cozy. We felt content and confident in our vacation when we departed.
