The visit to the EL AL Airlines Miami Office was a wonderful experience for my family and me. As we were getting ready for our vacation, we had some inquiries concerning baggage and check-in. From the beginning to the end, everyone in the office was kind and supportive. They printed our paperwork, provided us with guidance on airport regulations, and addressed all of our inquiries. It was a serene and friendly setting. The fact that they took the time to educate my aging parents was particularly admirable. After the trip, everyone was content and full of confidence.
