The Brussels Airlines Rome Office was a lot of fun. My boarding pass needed to be printed, but I had no idea how to accomplish it. I got assistance from a nice woman behind the counter without making me feel foolish. She was professional and courteous. There were signs in English, and it was easy to find the office. The entire visit went quickly and without incident. It demonstrates the airline's commitment to providing excellent customer service. I smiled as I walked out of the office.
