We recently flew from Auckland to Edinburgh with British Airways and can’t stop talking about how wonderful our experience was especially thanks to the British Airways Office in Auckland. I visited the office in person after struggling with online booking, and I’m so glad I did. The team there took care of everything with patience and kindness, making sure our family of four had everything sorted for a smooth trip. From seat selection to meal preferences, everything was handled perfectly. Our eldest child has a peanut allergy, and they were extremely careful in arranging allergy-friendly meals and making sure the cabin crew knew in advance. That level of care gave us such peace of mind. What stood out most was how the office stayed in touch right up until our departure. They sent updates, reminded us of check-in times, and made sure we knew what documents to carry. The whole team, especially a lovely woman named Hannah, made us feel like more than just customers. Traveling with kids can be unpredictable, but British Airways made it so much easier. The Auckland Office has earned our trust and gratitude for their outstanding service.
