Hello! I just had the pleasure of visiting the Southwest Airlines Richmond office and I was thoroughly impressed. The office was simple to locate, neatly situated within the airport, and I was welcomed with a smile as soon as I entered. I had a question regarding my flight, and the representative I talked to was extremely patient and meticulous. She did take the time to lay out all my possibilities, making sure I knew all my options before deciding. She obviously had lots of information on Southwest Airlines policy and was anxious to assist me.
