I went to the Copa Airlines Fort Lauderdale Office with my family a month ago, and we were so satisfied. We required assistance with our tickets and had some questions regarding our bags. The customer service people were extremely helpful and understanding, given that we brought our two children along with us. They addressed all of our queries and even provided us with advice on how to go about our journey. The office was nice and quiet, and there was a waiting space that made it convenient.
