My visit to the LOT Polish Airlines Frankfurt Office was excellent. I was immediately made to feel welcome by the friendly staff. They provided me with all the information I needed, including a printed map of the airport, when I had questions concerning my connecting flight. They take customer service very seriously. I received assistance immediately because the office was not very busy. The interior was tidy and easy to locate. I felt secure about my vacation as I walked out of the office.
