It was good that they gave us thorough explanations and didn't charge us for minor adjustments. The location was peaceful and immaculate, and the wait time was brief. It was quite easy for my parents to ask questions. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end. The staff's helpfulness was greatly appreciated.
