I generally had a good experience when I visited the Emirates Airlines office in Philadelphia although there were a couple of little hiccups that needed some improvement. The office itself is conveniently located near the center of the city and only a few blocks away, and I was able to park with ease, always a plus. Upon entering, the first thing I noticed was the tidy, modern interior. The staff were polite and welcomed me as soon as I entered, but I did have to wait slightly longer than expected for an agent to become free.
