I was surprised by how excellent the service was when I visited the Aeromexico Sydney Office. I had some inquiries concerning stopover durations and travel regulations. All of them were politely and carefully addressed by the staff. They made sure I was happy and took their time. I even got a travel checklist printed by them! There was very little waiting time, and the office was neat. I felt secure about my vacation as I walked out of the office. Dealing with folks who are knowledgeable and cheerful about their work is always a pleasure.
