I went to the Singapore Airlines office in Sydney last week to alter my forthcoming flight, and I was really impressed by just how professional and friendly the staff were. The moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the people at the front desk and escorted to a service agent with hardly any wait. The woman who served me—Melissa, I think—was patient, careful, and outlined all the possibilities open in terms of my changes to tickets.
