Our visit to the Delta Airlines Manchester office was nothing but top-notch. A couple of weeks prior to our group trip to New York, my friends and I decided to verify a couple of details regarding our booking and ask for seat changes so that we would all be sitting together. Rather than attempting to do it on the website, which at times can be tiresome, we thought of visiting the office in person. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with respect and courtesy. The receptionist immediately sent us over to a customer service representative who was not only efficient but extremely warm and welcoming as well. He patiently listened to our problems, verified our bookings, and went out of his way to ensure that we were assigned the seats we requested — even going so far as to upgrade one of us based on our loyalty points! The office itself was neat and quiet, with little waiting time. It was pleasant to see a large airline invest in a brick-and-mortar where actual people can assist you, particularly in this current digital age where talking to a human being is a luxury. All three of us walked out of that office feeling excited about our trip and genuinely cared for each other. Delta Airlines Manchester Office has earned our trust, and we’ll be recommending both the airline and their Manchester office to others. Well done!
