I chose to go to the Breeze Airways Santa Ana Office since I wanted assistance with my reservation with Breeze Airways. I'm quite happy I did. The personnel was outstanding. They knew exactly what to do, were competent, and were courteous. They gave me advice on how to save money for future travel and promptly assisted me in rebooking my flight. The office itself appeared tidy and well-organized, and the wait time was quite brief. Being treated with kindness was a wonderful feeling. I felt grateful and confident as I left.
