I walked in without an appointment, expecting to be faced with a long line, but surprisingly, there weren’t many people waiting. The staff seemed attentive and quick to address the visitors, so I was able to speak to someone almost immediately. The customer service I received was overall excellent. The agent was knowledgeable about my flight situation and helped me understand all my options. They took their time to explain the details about baggage policies, visa requirements for connecting flights, and what to expect during my layover in Istanbul. I felt that my concerns were taken seriously, and the agent was patient with all my questions. However, there was a slight issue with the office's communication. At one point, I had to wait for about 15 minutes while the agent checked something in the system, and there was no update or acknowledgement of the delay. It wasn’t a huge issue, but a little more communication would’ve been appreciated. When everything was sorted out, I left the office feeling reassured about my travel plans. The staff was friendly, professional, and dedicated to resolving my concerns. While there were minor hiccups, they didn't overshadow the overall efficiency and helpfulness of the team. I’d definitely return to the Turkish Airlines New York Office for future inquiries, as the positive aspects far outweighed the small frustrations.
