Last month, my friends and I went to the Lufthansa Airlines London Office to upgrade our tickets. The staff was really flexible; however, we weren't sure if it could be done at the office. We didn't have to wait long, and it was easy to go to the office. Compared to trying to do it online, it was a lot nicer. I will definitely return to this office when I travel with Lufthansa.
