Hi All, It looks like I'm going to stop all Talking About sessions because I cannot seem to be regular at it. I'll still be available to those who want to talk but we'll do it on our own time. I hate to walk away from this, but I don't think I'm giving value these days with all that's going on. I will still post my insights at least once a week. And if you care to post comments, I'll always try to comment back.

In today’s era of “authentic leadership,” many CEOs turn to video to appear relatable—but some go too far. Oversharing or becoming emotionally unfocused can blur the line between human connection and leadership missteps. True authenticity isn’t raw vulnerability; it’s anchored vulnerability—guided by personal values and organizational vision. When leaders share without that grounding, messages can confuse rather than clarify, weakening trust instead of building it. Emotional transparency must be thoughtful, not impulsive. A CEO’s voice should inspire confidence, not concern. The goal isn’t just to be seen—it’s to lead with clarity, courage, and conviction.
