It was simple to navigate the United Airlines BNA Terminal and I was pleased by how efficient everything was. The customer support representatives at United were friendly and the desk was easy to locate. The actual terminal was tidy, well-lit, and well-planned. There were no delays in my flight, and I boarded on time. United obviously keeps up a strong operation here. For those who wait longer, I would simply recommend adding more lounge-like spaces.
