In your opinion, do you guys think that AI will really take over the world in the future? I mean knowing how advanced all these chatbots are currently, and seeing how fast they are being developed, will future jobs be taken over? Will people only rely on AI for everything? I know how helpful it is and I myself use ai apps very frequently when I need to, but mainly, wouldn’t the government sort of notice how lazy people are becoming from the rise of AI? Would they take action?

As it stands I don’t think that AI will be as big as many people are expecting. In terms of job security I find it a similar topic to immigration in that it will take care of more menial tasks and be used as a tool in the workplace. Furthermore, AI is extremely costly to our environment as it uses massive amounts of energy and water which hopefully would lead to limitations being placed on its use until it’s less detrimental. Action will be taken as public concern grows.
