One thing I've been curious about is how startups actually start to form. A lot of the times, when people do startups, it's about solely something they are passionate about, not about something people need, which is the reason most of them fail. But for those who have succeeded, they've thought about these questions - What's the idea behind them? How do you stay motivated when times get tough and you don't know how to further your idea? And when it fails, are you willing to try again? Are you willing to solve a real problem in the process?
