Two things I don’t do every day… but back in 2019, it felt like the right moment.

In fact, that moment was history.

KC Partners became the first legal recruitment firm to sponsor a high-profile networking event inside the UK Supreme Court, in collaboration with the London Young Lawyers Group.

That same year, we co-hosted the 25th Annual Asian Legal Awards, celebrating 100 Years of Women in Law.

✅ Pioneered the conversation around legal tech, AI, mental health and DEI

We didn’t wait for permission to innovate.

We stepped into spaces where recruitment firms weren’t expected to go — and helped reshape what legal community-building could look like.
