Based on my mother's most recent trip, I would like to offer a sincere evaluation of the  American Airlines Quito Office  . She was naturally anxious about the entire experience, especially about navigating a new airport, rechecking bags, and comprehending aircraft connections, as this was her first time traveling abroad. Fortunately, her trip was incredibly easy and stress-free because of the assistance she got from the employees at the American Airlines office in Quito.

She was greeted by kind smiles and courteous, helpful staff as soon as she entered the office. Despite the language barrier, the reps listened to her carefully, answered all of her questions, and gave her thorough explanations in both Spanish and English for every instruction. To save her time at the desk, they even printed her boarding pass and assisted her with mobile check-in.

One employee in particular went above and beyond by helping her find the right security checkpoint in the airport and with baggage rechecking concerns. Her entire trip was genuinely improved by this kind of considerate treatment.

My mother felt appreciative and secure in her decision to fly with American Airlines when she got home. As her daughter, it meant the world to me that she confided in me about how protected and supported she felt. The people who work behind the scenes are equally as important as the flights. Full credit should be given to the American Quito Office staff for their professionalism, civility, and sincere concern.
