I hate the DMV—the long hours in line, the attitude from the staff, the impatient patrons. It’s so tedious and the workers always seem to find joy in watching others suffer while they spend an excessive amount of time attempting to complete one simple task. While it’s not the most invigorating job out there a slight change in attitude might make the experience much more pleasant for employees and costumers alike.
