What’s one piece of feedback you got (from a mentor, boss, or client) that stuck with you? Could be tough love or a moment of encouragement.

One piece of feedback that really stuck with me came from a former manager who told me, "Don’t wait until it’s perfect—share your work early and often." I used to spend too much time polishing things before looping others in, which sometimes slowed down progress. That advice helped me shift my mindset: progress over perfection. It taught me the value of collaboration, feedback, and momentum—and I’ve carried that lesson with me ever since.
