Do you ever visit another city, state, etc. and see a chain of a cafe or restaurant that you really like and wish for one to open near where you live? I do all the time after visiting my sister in DC, I went to a cafe called yellow with her and had some amazing food, food that couldn’t be found in the bay. My father often talks about opening up a chain restaurant or cafe, whenever he brings it up I always think about that amazing cafe that has spread through the city of DC. I hope one day the chain grows large enough for one to pop up near where I live, but for now I have a pleasant memory of a nice, tasty, relaxing cafe.
