The terminal also has great seating areas, fast Wi-Fi, and tons of outlets, which is a lifesaver when I need to catch up on work or recharge my devices. I’ve also taken my dog through T5, and the Wooftop Lounge was such a thoughtful feature—it’s rare to find pet-friendly spaces in airports.
Even with all the changes and construction happening lately for the big 2025 upgrade, the experience is still great. Knowing they’re adding lounges and refreshing the terminal just makes me even more excited to fly with JetBlue in the future. Terminal 5 doesn’t feel like a place you just pass through—it’s a space that actually enhances the travel experience.
