With optimists who said "AI creates more jobs than it destroys!" 
With pessimists screaming "Universal basic income (UBI) or we're doomed!" 
With techies explaining why "this time is different."

Here's what I realised:
- We're not debating AI's impact on jobs.
- We're debating our own worth.

Every prediction is really a confession: 
"Will I still matter?" 
"Will my skills survive?" 
"Will there be a place for me?"

The uncertainty is not the bug—it's the feature.
Because admitting we don't know means admitting we're not in control.

And that's terrifying for people who built their identity on being smart enough to figure things out.

Sun Tzu said: "Know yourself. Know your enemy."

But what if the enemy isn't AI?

What if it's our need to have answers when there aren't any?

→ I started asking what value I create that others want. 
→ Instead of arguing about the future, I got better at adapting to change. 
→ I let uncertainty teach me instead of paralyse me.

The people winning aren't the ones with the best predictions.

They're the ones building skills that matter regardless of what happens.
