My name’s Johnathan Cardenas. I’m a Marine veteran and founder of 2ndPay, a blockchain-powered payroll and CRM platform designed for the 78M+ hourly workers across America still waiting two weeks to get paid.

After leaving the military in 2023, I bootstrapped my first business (Shoreline Renters), but quickly realized something bigger:

Legacy providers like ADP and Gusto are expensive, outdated, and slow. We’re cheaper, faster, and give both businesses and workers financial freedom with every pulse.
