Interview Engineer (Client Interview Role) – $50/hr | 10+ hrs/week | EST Timezone
We are looking for a part-time software engineer to represent our team in technical interviews with clients. This is not a development role. Your main responsibility will be to join and handle interviews on behalf of our team member in a professional and confident manner.
Requirements:
White male, native or near-native English speaker
Some experience in web and mobile development
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable answering technical questions and leading client interviews
Available to work in the EST timezone
Reliable availability and responsiveness
Responsibilities:
Attend client interviews on behalf of our team member
Answer technical and general questions confidently
Represent the technical side of the team professionally
Provide short feedback after each interview
Payment:
$50 per hour
Minimum 10 hours per week
Pay is based on time spent in interviews and related communication
