When we launched, the legal world didn’t always feel open or empathetic. Too many people held back. Too many conversations never happened.

So we created a space where people felt safe to show up and actually talk. A community-first show built around real conversations, not hierarchy. That mission took us to the top one percent of all podcasts globally and the number one podcast for law in the UK. It also led to a partnership I’m hugely proud of with Clio, the world’s leading provider of legal technology valued at more than $5 billion.

Community built it. Community grew it. Community carried it further than I ever expected.

And that’s exactly why this next chapter makes sense.
