Here is my approach to increasing productivity with my restaurant managers without requiring additional time commitments. Many of us face time constraints; our schedules are often overflowing, and there are not enough hours in the day. We frequently receive texts, calls, and emails from managers concerning various issues, problems, or tasks that demand attention.
