I’ve noticed something over and over again. The most serious decisions rarely happen in the middle of the working day. They tend to happen later. When things slow down. When the emails stop. When there’s finally a moment to think about what just happened. That’s when people act. The data backs it up. Around 37% of appointments are booked after 5pm. Another 17% happen on weekends. Not because people prefer it that way, but because that’s when they actually have the mental space to process what’s going on. It’s probably not a coincidence I’m sharing this on a Saturday....
