Looking for an Agency or Recruiter for English-Speaking Callers / SDRs with Software Dev Background

Hey everyone 👋
I'm based in Pasadena, CA (US citizen here), and I'm looking to partner with a solid agency or recruiter who specializes in finding English-fluent callers (like SDRs, appointment setters, customer success reps, or sales callers) who also have real software development experience or strong tech knowledge.
The ideal profile:

Native or near-native English speaker (US/Canada/UK/AUS accents preferred for our US clients)
Comfortable on calls — confident, clear, professional, good at building rapport
Bonus if they have actual dev background (e.g., full-stack, web dev, Python/Node, or even just solid understanding of software projects so they can speak the language with engineers/clients)

We're scaling some remote client-facing roles tied to software/tech services, so need people who can talk tech without sounding scripted or lost.
