The high cost of a "Survival Mindset." I recently sat in on a Diagnostic Call that illustrated exactly why so many brilliant operators remain "profitable" on paper but broke in reality. One owner had been grinding 80–100 hours a week for over a year. When my coach asked him what he would consider a "fair" salary for that level of sacrifice, he didn't hesitate: "A thousand dollars a week would be nice.
