Looking for a Technical Cofounder to Build & Scale an IT/Dev Team – Equity + Real Hustle

Pasadena, CA here (US citizen, ex-Uber senior full-stack engineer).
I'm putting together a solid IT/dev team for some exciting projects - think scalable web apps, SaaS tools, AI integrations, marketplaces, or whatever high-impact ideas come next. 
I've got the technical chops (React/Next.js, Node/TypeScript, Python, AWS, databases, full-stack architecture) and a track record shipping reliable stuff at scale.
Right now I'm looking for a true cofounder (not just a dev-for-hire) to jump in as technical partner:

Strong software engineering background (bonus if full-stack or backend-heavy)
Excited about building from 0→1, iterating fast, and owning big pieces
Entrepreneurial mindset - you get that cofounding means wearing hats, grinding, and sharing the upside (equity split based on contribution/timing)
US time zone preferred for easy overlap (I'm PST), but open if you're a beast and communicate well

What stage? Early - idea validation → MVP → launch/growth. I've got some traction/concepts lined up and can fund initial runway, but this is about building something big together, not just freelancing.
