You didn’t really think I’d miss the cartoon craze completely.

Red jacket. Big smile. Microphone in hand. Otto supervising from the shoulder.

But when I looked at it properly, it’s actually a snapshot of what I spend my time building.

Hosting conversations that move the legal world forward.
Connecting great lawyers with real opportunities.
Bringing people together across firms, borders and backgrounds.
Leaning into tech instead of fearing it.
Building a legal community that feels human.

The scales of justice are there.
The podcast mic is there.
The career conversations are there.
Even the running version of me made an appearance.

And yes, Otto demanded screen time.

It’s easy to see the red jacket and think it’s about visibility.

It isn’t.

It’s about building rooms lawyers actually want to be in.

Careers.
Community.
Conversations that matter.
