Description
The purpose of the Product Marketing Associate at Zearn is to position and communicate the benefits of Zearn Math to teachers, coaches, school and district leaders and families across a variety of assets and channels. This is achieved by:
Inspiring and engaging audiences by crafting compelling content.
Lead the authoring of content for all demand generation campaigns.
Develop new content for webinars and videos.
Author and manage production of marketing collateral, collaborating with design colleagues.
Develop copy for regular updates to in-app “What’s New” messages to engage and inspire users
Develop content to support presentations at in-person events, including proposal submissions for speaking opportunities
Managing various campaigns with the goal of driving continuous improvement and engaging new opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing operations team to leverage findings from research and campaign analytics to manage iterative improvements that maximize the performance of campaign outreach and assets.
Lead the authoring of content for demand generation email campaigns, tailoring email copy to specific audiences to maximize impact.
Develop copy for paid media and search campaigns.
Maintaining brand integrity through ensuring all content aligns with Zearn’s values and strategy.
Ensure all content and assets adhere to brand values, style, and voice.
Coordinate across teams to maintain cohesive messaging and brand positioning across all forms and channels.
Taking charge of our external website by keeping content fresh and engaging.
Own content updates on Zearn.org external website, including creating and updating campaign-specific landing pages.

POTENTIAL MARKERS OF THESE SKILLS:
Bachelor’s degree (required)
2+ years of post-graduation marketing, business development, growth strategy, or strategy consulting experience
A minimum of 6 months of content or copywriting experience in a professional work setting
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to prioritize and manage several projects to completion against tight deadlines
Extreme attention to detail and organization
Desire to be a team player in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment, and work with multiple cross functional partners
This role is an individual contributor and reports to the Senior Product Marketing Manager.
